Is QMediaSaver free to use?
Yes! QMediaSaver is 100% free and always will be. No subscription, registration, or installation required. We are supported by advertisements.
How does QMediaSaver protect my privacy?
All tools except the X Video Downloader run entirely in your browser. Your files are processed locally and never uploaded to any server. We don't store your data, don't require accounts, and don't track what you do.
What tools does QMediaSaver offer?
QMediaSaver offers 14 free tools across five categories: Image tools (compress, crop, watermark, color palette extractor, SVG to PNG, image converter, favicon generator), PDF tools (merge, split), QR tools (generator, reader), Text tools (word counter, lorem ipsum generator), and the X Video Downloader.
Do my files leave my device?
No. All image, PDF, QR, and text tools process files directly in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device. The only exception is the X Video Downloader, which sends the video URL to a third-party API to fetch the video link — but no personal data is transmitted.
Can I use QMediaSaver on my phone?
Yes! QMediaSaver is fully responsive and works on all devices — iPhone, Android, tablets, and desktop computers. No app installation needed; just open the website in your browser.
Why does the X Video Downloader need a third-party API?
X (Twitter) videos are hosted on X's servers and cannot be accessed directly from the browser due to cross-origin restrictions. The X Video Downloader sends only the tweet URL to a third-party API to retrieve the direct video link. No personal data, cookies, or account information is shared.
What languages does QMediaSaver support?
QMediaSaver is currently available in 6 languages: English, Espanol, Francais, Deutsch, Turkce, and Chinese. You can switch languages using the language selector in the navigation bar.
Is QMediaSaver affiliated with X (Twitter)?
No. QMediaSaver is an independent tool created for educational purposes. We are NOT affiliated with X Corp (Twitter) or any other platform. We do not host any media on our servers.
