By accessing and using QMediaSaver ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

QMediaSaver is a free online platform offering a suite of browser-based tools, including image processing, PDF manipulation, QR code generation, text utilities, and an X (Twitter) video downloader. Most tools operate entirely client-side, meaning all processing occurs in the user's browser and no files are uploaded to any server. The X Video Downloader tool fetches publicly available media metadata from X (Twitter) via a third-party API to enable downloads. We do not host, store, or transmit any media files through our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You may only download content for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must respect copyright laws and the rights of content creators.
• You may not redistribute downloaded content without permission from the copyright holder.
• You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 No Account Required

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the Service.

4.2 No Data Storage

QMediaSaver does not store, log, or track the files you process. All operations happen entirely in your browser. We do not have access to your file processing history. For the X Video Downloader tool, the tweet URL you submit is sent to a third-party API (RapidAPI) to fetch media metadata. We do not log or store these URLs on our own servers.

4.3 Cookies

We use cookies solely for:

• Remembering your cookie consent preference.
• Serving advertisements via Google AdSense.

We do not use cookies to track your browsing behavior or build a personal profile.

4.4 Third-Party Services

The Service uses a third-party API (RapidAPI) to fetch media metadata. This API may log the tweet URLs you submit. We do not control this logging. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will always produce correct results.

6. Limitation of Liability

QMediaSaver shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. No Affiliation

QMediaSaver is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp (Twitter). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
